    Where do I begin?

    Ensure your instructions are clear—separate dry cleaning from laundry and shirts. Zip up all zippers, empty pockets, and securely seal your laundry bag before pickup.

    Yes! After your first order, you’ll receive a colorful free Tiffany Dry Cleaners bag.

    Services & Coverage

    Do you offer same-day service?

    We’ll do our best! Let us know if you need same-day service, and we’ll try to accommodate your request. Same-day service requires a customer drop-off at our Merrick store early in the day and customer pickup after 5 P.M.

    We provide pickup and delivery across Nassau County, Queens, and Brooklyn. We also service most of Suffolk County—call to confirm if we serve your area.

    Sure! If your new address is within our service area, just let us know when we pick up your order.

    Yes, We offer hand washing. Leave instructions in the garment bag.

    What temperatures do you use for washing and drying?

    We assess fabrics and colors to determine the optimal washing temperature, preventing color damage. Our dryers use low to medium heat with sensors that prevent over-drying.

    Not exactly! Instead of water, we use an eco-friendly solvent called SENSENE™ to clean your garments, then dry and steam press them for a fresh finish.

    Yes! Tiffany Dry Cleaners uses SENSENE™, an eco-friendly, biodegradable solvent with low toxicity. It’s a responsible textile cleaning solution that’s safe for you and the environment.

    How do I schedule a pickup?

    Schedule a pickup through our website: tiffanydrycleaner.com or download our convenient iOS and Android App. Prefer the old-fashioned way? Give us a call—we’d love to talk to you!

    We’ll pick up and drop off at your front door, back door, or any suitable location you choose.

    No, as long as we have a designated drop-off location.

    No, we accept any amount of clothing. We accept all credit cards and Venmo. 

    Delivery turnaround time is usually 48 to 72 hours. 

    No, our pickup and delivery services are free.

    What are the prices for your services?

    Prices will appear on your receipt once processed. For specific pricing inquiries and special requests, call Jeff and his team.

    Your order will be charged directly to your credit card once your clothes are on their way to be delivered.

    Additional Services

    What do I do with extra hangers?

    We offer a hanger recycling program! Leave your hangers with your order. You can also drop them off in-store.

    Yes! We offer expert garment alterations and repairs in addition to cleaning services.

    Is dry cleaning solvent harmful to me or the environment?

    Not with us! Traditional dry cleaning solvents can be hazardous, but we use an eco-friendly cleaning system called SENSENE™ that is safer for you, your clothes, and the planet.

    What is your holiday schedule?

    Our schedule changes around holidays, and we’ll notify you of any adjustments via email.

    Certain garments need professional care that home machines can’t provide, such as pressing pleats and removing deep-set stains. Plus, dry cleaning uses five times less water than home washing!

    Absolutely! We’re certified to care for high-end garments, including bridal gowns, and work with designer brands to ensure proper cleaning and restoration.

    Experience counts. Fashions and fabrics are constantly changing, and we stay up to date. We use the latest cleaning technologies to remove stains effectively.

    Yes! Drop off new shirts in their package, and we’ll return them hanging, crease-free.

    No, frequent cleaning extends a garment’s life by removing stains and embedded dirt that can cause fiber abrasion.

    If left untreated, some stains oxidize over time, turning yellow or brown—just like a peeled apple exposed to air. Exposure to heat can make these stains harder to remove, so it’s best to clean garments promptly.

    Invisible stains, like those from fruit juice, hairspray, or cologne, can appear during heat exposure in the cleaning process. These stains require specialized treatment. If you suspect a stain, inform us in advance so we can treat it before it sets.
